El foco cardíaco hiperecogénico constituye una anomalía menor, y si se presenta aislado, sin ninguna otra anomalía menor o mayor ecográficas, el riesgo para el síndrome de Down , se mantendrá en el correspondiente por la edad materna.
Ahora bien refiere que la translucencia nucal era de 3,8 mm. En términos generales se considera que una translucencia nucal inferior a 3 mm, es normal en la mayoría de los casos. Pero no nos dice en que semana de gestación se encuentra.
