Hola Beatriz.
La detección de un foco ecogénico intracardíaco sin otras anomalías asociadas, practicamente no aumentan los riesgos, del síndrome de Down u otra cromosomopatía, propios de la edad materna.Se observa casi siempre en el ventrículo izquierdo y se considera como una variante normal. No se trata de un defecto cardíaco.
Ahora bien la existencia además de una translucencia nucal aumentada y de una dilatación del III ventrículo cerebral, indicarían realizar una amniocentesis, para conocer el cariotipo fetal.
En cuanto al resto de la biometría fetal en este caso es aconsejable que consulte con su ecografista especialista en diagnóstico prenatal, ya que cada centro de ecografia prenatal dispone de sus propias tablas de biometría fetal adaptadas a su población, de los diferentes parámetros antropométricos utilizados en toda gestante.
En definitiva, debe contactar con su médico y seguir con los controles que le indique.
